Refund from a vendor

Rules for Vendors

Vendors have their own return and refund policies, but Vendors do have a responsibility to get the item(s) delivered to you.  You will receive a full refund if:

  • the item(s) is not as described 

  • the item(s) is broken 

  • the item(s) has not been delivered 

Shipping Time

Vendors have a time limit to ship an item(s). They are as follows:

  • the item(s) must be shipped within 30 days after purchase

Refund Rules

You are entitled to a full refund if any of the rules of the vendor above are broken.
