Daucers is an amazing platform for selling unique items. Everything listed on Daucers must be a collectable item. These include: 

Handmade
Handmade items that are made by yourself or a third party person but abide by these rules:

1. The item must be described accurately to the best of your ability. Include what it’s made out of. 
2. You must state who it is made by.
3. The photos of the item must be owned by yourself and not copyrighted or copied from someone else. 
4. You must state that it’s handmade and include the handmade specifications icon to your product. 
5. You must agree that a Daucers admin will check your product to make sure it is a genuine item.

Collectables
Collectable items are a broad subject.  Anything you deem to be collectable can be sold on the site within reason and must abide by these rules:

1. The item must be described accurately to the best of your ability.
2. The photos of the item must be owned by yourself and not copyrighted or copied from someone else.
3. You must agree that a Daucers admin may check your product to make sure its a genuine item.

Daucers does have some rules when it comes to selling particular items.
These include:

Firearms
Firearms are strictly forbidden to sell on the site. 

Pornographic Content
Nudity is acceptable on the site as long as it is artistic. This includes vintage nudity items, or ancient coins etc. Modern Pornography is strictly forbidden to sell on the site however.

Large Furniture
At the moment large furniture is banned on the site due to shipping costs for you and the customer. This may change in a future update. Smaller furniture items such as a small chair are perfectly fine. We are not super strict on this ban however and exceptions may apply. 

Shipping Price
Shipping to customers is by default is set based on the location of the delivery. The price will reflect that. You may wish to change this in your shipping tab on your Vendor Dashboard.

Shipping Time 
You agree that you will deliver an item within 30 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban. 

Vendors are responsible for return and exchange policies, but must follow these ground rules. 

Rules for Vendors
Vendors do have a responsibility to get the item(s) delivered. Buyers will receive a full refund if:

• the item(s) is not as described 
• the item(s) is broken 
• the item(s) has not been delivered 

Shipping Time
Vendors have a time limit to ship an item(s). They are as follows:

• the item(s) must be shipped within 30 days after purchase

Refund Rules
Customers are entitled to a full refund if any of the rules above are broken.

Communication is key to delivering a great experience to your customers.
We do have communication rules in place that you must follow in order to sell on the site.
They are:

Communication With Customers 
Communication is important for your customers. Please follow these rules. Three strikes will result in a ban period of days that we deem necessary. 

1. No abusing customers
2. No spamming customers
3. You must answer a question from a customer within 5 days unless you have stated that you are away on Holiday/Vacation in your shop

Communication With Daucers 
Communication with Daucers is extremely important for a smooth experience. Sometimes we will get in touch with you from time to time for personal reasons that fit your circumstances. Three strikes will result in a permanent ban if you don’t follow these rules.

1. No abusing a Daucers admin
2. No spamming an admin with emails
3. Failure to answering a question within a week unless you have stated that you are away on Holiday/Vacation in your shop

We want you to have fun on the site and enjoy yourself. If you feel like you’re not having fun we can or you can remove your Vendor Account.
