Daucers is an amazing platform for buying unique collectable items. These include:

• Handmade items
• Antiques 
• Books
• Toys & Games
• Jewellery 
• Fashion 
• And many more! 

Daucers does have some rules when it comes to purchasing particular items.
These include

Firearms. 
Firearms are strictly forbidden to purchase on the site. 

Pornographic Content. 
Nudity is acceptable on the site as long as it is artistic. This includes vintage nudity items, or ancient coins etc. Modern Pornography is strictly forbidden to purchase on the site however.

Large Furniture. 
At the moment large furniture is banned on the site due to shipping costs. This may change in a future update. Smaller furniture items such as a small chair are perfectly fine. We are not super strict on this ban however and exceptions may apply. 

Shipping Price.
Shipping is by default is set based on the location of the delivery. The price will reflect that. 

Shipping Time. 
All item(s) will be shipped within 30 days of purchase. 

Daucers Refund Policy
The Official Daucers store is a separate store to others on the site and is controlled by the official Daucers website.
If any of these rules are broken you are entitled to a full refund:

• the item(s) is not as described 
• the item(s) is broken 
• the item(s) has not been delivered 

Shipping Time
Daucers has a time limit to ship an item(s). They are as follows:

• the item(s) must be shipped within 30 days after purchase

Free Items
Free items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items on Sale
Items on sale by the Official Daucers Store cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Please Note:
Daucers has a right to refuse a refund at any time.

Rules for Vendors
Vendors have their own return and refund policies, but Vendors do have a responsibility to get the item(s) delivered to you.  You will receive a full refund if:

• the item(s) is not as described 
• the item(s) is broken 
• the item(s) has not been delivered 

Shipping Time
Vendors have a time limit to ship an item(s). They are as follows:

• the item(s) must be shipped within 30 days after purchase

Refund Rules
You are entitled to a full refund if any of the rules of the vendor above are broken. 

Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping costs in returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please ship the item within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).
