The Official Daucers store is a separate store to others on the site and is controlled by the official Daucers website.
If any of these rules are broken you are entitled to a full refund:
- the item(s) is not as described
- the item(s) is broken
- the item(s) has not been delivered
Shipping Time
Daucers has a time limit to ship an item(s). They are as follows:
- the item(s) must be shipped within 30 days after purchase

Free Items
Free items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Items on Sale
Items on sale by the Official Daucers Store cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Item(s) that are set for return must be sent within a 48 hour period after purchase. Once received you will receive a full refund either through PayPal or your credit/debit card.
We are not responsible for return shipping.
